We all absolutely loved watching these Winter Olympics. Every afternoon or evening, we'd turn the TV on to see the amazing athletes and hear their triumphant stories. The Olympics enthralled us all. For me, some of the sports highlights were watching Lindsey Vonn win gold and the Canada-USA hockey game. Off the TV, highlights include:
Ethan commenting, "I didn't know Jack Johnson was a singer AND a hockey player."
As we were watching the pairs figure skating, Emily stared at the TV in awe and commented, "They are gorgeous, Mommy."
While watching Ethan trying to read a word, Jon gave him the hint, "Shaun . . . ?" Ethan immediately responded with "White!"
