Week One

One week down, and let's see . . . hmmm, 19 more to go!
We all survived my return to the work force, and by the end of the week, it seemed pretty normal. My kids are troopers. They love spending time with all their "babysitters". We are so very thankful and lucky that our family and friends take such good care of our kids. Jon has been amazing. He is helpful and supportive and understanding. Plus, I got paid today - woo hoo! Seeing that paycheck was a great way to end my first week.
I do have to add a funny story from a student's writing. The student was attempting to say that he "assesses" the situation and instead wrote "asses". Gave me a good chuckle! Just what I needed on a Friday afternoon!
